With over 30 years of teaching experience across both the private and government education sectors in Australia, I believe that every individual has the ability to learn, grow, and achieve success when provided with the right guidance, encouragement, and teaching approach.

Through careful observation, personalised instruction, and a genuine understanding of each learner's unique needs, I have gained valuable knowledge of how effective teaching enables learners to build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.

I believe that education is a fundamental right and that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed and become the very best version of themselves.

Personal experience has also shaped my approach. Experiencing childhood trauma and the academic challenges that followed has provided a deeper understanding of how life experiences can affect learning. This perspective strengthens my commitment to supporting both children and adults with patience, compassion, and encouragement throughout their educational journey.
